Gerald McPhail
Founder and CEO
Gerald is creative in his approach to solving problems and achieving goals. He lives out his calling to encourage and equip others to be their best on purpose. He started several businesses, owned and operated hotels and non-profits including a church with a licensed day care.
Gerald now calls himself a Pastorpreneur and has developed a passion helping other entrepreneurs of faith achieve their goals.
Gerald currently is an Abundant Life Coach, Real Estate Entrepreneur and oversees the divisions of McPhail Companies.
Althea McPhail
Chief Creative Officer
Althea has worked with her hands and mind through pathology, crafts, and creative writing. This pathologist is known for making those she comes in contact with feel better after encountering her. She now focuses on the creative process with work on film projects like 'Clue' and she co-wrote a family friendly feature film called "True You".
In Althea's transition to the creative world, the world can expect great stories that entertain, encourage and empower. With her giving spirit and ready nature Dr. Althea McPhail dedicates time to perfecting her own creativity while providing creative services to all our clients.
